Welcome to 215

Last week it was filled with a lot of things, we moved to our now office and most of us celebrated Purim. Looking forward to hearing stories about your celebration and your costumes if you did dress up.

Our new office still needs a little bit of work. Some cleaning and organizing, and maybe buying a few things. We expect to have the office cleaned soon.

As you all settle into your new desks, please take a minute to ponder on what you think could be useful on your new space. What do you need, and what do you wish you had. Maybe now you need a wireless keyboard, or a new mouse pad that is not dirty or broken. Now is the time to think about it and write it down. I will like you all to email me by Wednesday with a list of anything you think the office still needs.

We still need a space to put our supplies, as we need some kind of shelves, now we will need some soap for the kitchen.

On another note, now we have the bathrooms right in front of our office. Please note that the codes are as follows: Men Room 4311 and Ladies Room 134. You will be able to see our Welcome Letter attached below.

As of Friday the server had not been transferred into the new office, nor the network printer had been setup. These should be set up today Monday. But until those are set up, most of us wont be able to print, or access QuickBooks or the Box T drive. I have sent everyone access to the box online in order for you to be able to access files in the meantime.

Today, I will be leaving work early at 2pm. But please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about the new office. All the computers should be set up and the scanners should be working.
