Phone System Questionnaire

As part of the company's OKRs and KPIs, we are looking for ways to save money on certain costs. We currently have the option of choosing between having a physical phone on our desks, or a virtual phone extension that would go to our cellphones.

Things to consider:

• Do you make and receive a lot of calls that you would prefer to have a physical phone?

• Are you mobile? Do you find yourself out in the field a lot and would find it helpful to have a virtual extension that would go to your cellphone?

• Do you currently have an extension?

• Do you currently NOT have an extension and would want one?

Please take a few minutes to answer this short questionnaire, to help us decide how many staff members would need a virtual extension and who needs a physical phone.

Your participation is very important. Please note, only staff members that work on the main 3611 14th Ave office and field staff need to answer the Questionnaire. Thank you!
