Bushburg Handbook Update

Travel Policy - We have made some changes to the travel policy in the Handbook. The update will be shared in the #general Channel in Slack.
Besides the Travel Policy there are a few other small updates, mainly of wording to existing policies to keep compliance with the State Laws.
