Office News

This week is OKRs Week!!! Everyone who has created their OKRs will have a chance to meet with Jordan this week and get clarification on anything. The deadline for the refinement and finalization of the OKRs is on Friday, October 22nd.

Software Updates and New Features

BOX Sign is officially live. Box Sign replaces DocuSign. Currently Box Sign is available through the online version of Box, and it will soon be available for use in Mobile devices as well.

You can prepare a document to be sent for a digital signature directly from Box, all members of Bushburg will now be able to see the Sign feature from the left side menu in the online Box Login.

Please log in to your Box account and go to Box University and search for the Box Sign Training to see how it works.

Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Training Reminder -

This is a reminder to complete the training before the end of the year. It is a 2 hr training which must be taken on a yearly basis, please note that it can be taken in parts, so it's not necessary to do it all in one sitting. I encourage everyone who hasn't finished to take a moment to complete it. Thank you!

Box T Drive Reminder -

Reminder that under no circumstances should the Box T Drive be used to save absolutely anything. Not only there is risk of files being lost, but using the Local Box T drive causes the system to create duplicate folders when it detects a discrepancy due to inability to sync properly.

We have talked to the tech and we will be fully deactivating the Box T Drive soon, but in the meantime, please refrain from using it. Thank you!
