Welcome to a new week. It's been snowing quite a bit, so it has been tough for many of us, whether commuting has been hard, or having to deal with the complexities of snow related maintenance issues (Heaters not working, leaks caused by melting snow on roofs, etc.) and the snow does not seem to be stopping any time soon. It is expected to snow several times in the next two weeks.

This week we are going to have the Snacks order and unfortunately Rosh Chodesh falls on a Friday this month so there will not be a Rosh Chodesh Lunch this month.

This week we are also adding the Holiday/Floating Holiday Calendar in the Bulletin's Document's and HR Section. Please note that Floating Holidays apply only to the 3611 Office. Flagler and Fulton office are closed on all Legal Holidays (In Yellow) and the 3611 office will be closed on Jewish Holidays (marked in blue), then people working on the 3611 office will be allowed to take up to 10 Floating Holidays in the year. (marked in green). All Floating Holidays will require filling out a Time Sheet Adjustment Form as always. For the Field Employees from 3611 office, they will have the Legal Holidays marked in orange off. Field Employees from Flagler and Fulton Office will have all of the Legal Holidays off.

On another note, last week we started using the new Answering Script for the 3611 Office, where it will be very specific and will hope to avoid receiving calls that are not meant for the person receiving it. So please we encourage you all to answer the phones as there is a high chance the calls will be for you. The New Script for the answering service can be found in this article posted last week.
